Taverns or loosemeat sandwich

So guys I realized that so far all I have given you is dips and dessert so now it is time for something of substance. Hopefully something that will prevent you from just going through a drive thru lane.

You will need the following:

2 cups water

¾ cup ketchup

2 tbsp. chili powder

Let simmer on stove for 6 minutes

2 ½ lbs. browned hamburger (remember to drain the grease)

1 tbsp. mustard

Salt and pepper to your liking

Let simmer for 45 minutes

When done with preparation, put the amount of meat that you would like on a bun and enjoy. This item also freezes well if you want to save it for a later date.
