How impressed will your significant other be once she realizes you can make an incredible cheesecake from home?
Gentleman: first thing to do is buy a pre made graham cracker crust at your local grocery store. They are delicious and save you time.
You will need the following:
8 oz. Cream cheese
• Beat until smooth
½ cup sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1c. sour cream
• Add all to above and mix well
8oz. cool whip (slightly thawed)
• Gently fold into above with a spatula
Spoon the filling into the graham cracker crust and let chill in the fridge for 4 hours.
The results - a simple and tasty cheesecake. Enjoy!
