Why this blog

I am not claiming to be an expert on cooking but what I am is the eldest child of three from a single parent home in which I had to cook a lot. So as a teenager I would look for easy recipes to make for my younger brother and sister. As I got older, I started telling them to my friends who would try to impress their girlfriends with my easy recipe tips.
