Cucumber Salsa is both delicious and nutritious (this is for people with spicier appetites)

Guys it really is delicious, do not be scared off by that word nutritious.

You will need the following:

5 cucumbers (remove peel before dicing)

5 stalks of green onions

2 tomatoes

3 jalapeno peppers

Finely dice all of the above

Add ½ cup rice vinegar

2 packets dry ranch dressing

Mix all together and enjoy. This makes a rather large portion so sometimes it is better to just half the recipe for yourself and one other.
